I have lurked here for some time and finally see where I might be able to help. This program is called SpyBot and is highly regarded as one of the best at removing spyware from your computer. It also does some other things such as cleaning your registry, your usage tracks and some other things, but I only use it to check for spyware. The program is free and updated pretty regular. If anybody does try this program I recommend you go to SETTINGS, FILE SETS, and uncheck System Internals and Usage Tracks, that way it only checks for spyware.

Just so you don't think I am spamming, I do not have any connection with either of the sites or the SpyBot program, just trying to pass on some good stuff.
One last thing this is a great forum and I have learned allot. I own a 2001 GMC 1500 Yukon XL and really like it but have some of the same issues as the rest of you. This is our 3rd Suburban over the last 17 years and might be our last if GM doesn't get their act together on these engines and start treating people with respect on warranty and in the sales dept.
