'88 Suburban rear door panel removal

I have a 1988 GMC Suburban and need to remove the rear door panels to fix the power lock. While I am in there I am going to lube all the power window mechs.

How do I get the panels off???
I removed all the screws, wires and pulled the clips free. The problem is I can't get the top edge to come free it has hooks or something on the edge by the glass.
I can pull it out and look under the door panel but I just can't get the top edge free.
