Broke and replaced mine about a year go. Below is one thread and hot link below that has part numbers. Backing up didn't notice 3 foot dia concrete pillar that ended bending the @#$# out of the mirror housing, but only braking the mirror.

There are two for my year (round and square plastic boss attachement...you'll understand once you take the old one off).
