I have a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban k1500 which originally had factory Goodyear Wrangler P245/75R16 tires. I just replaced them with Michelin LTX M&S LT245/75R16 tires. The sticker on my driver's door recommends 35 Psi both front and rear. Does anybody know what GM recommends for LT245 tires on this truck (evidently they were a factory option). My dealer says its still 35 Psi front and rear but the new tires say 80 psi max on the sidewall (as opposed to my old ones which said 45 Psi max). The dealer says if I inflate over 35 psi, I will cause an abnormal wear pattern. Any comments are appreciated.
