: Like Andy, we have an LS version with the cloth seats, and these are the most comfortable seats I've seen. We had a 99 LT and I found the side bolsters on the seat bottom to be much firmer than the cloth ones - so that was actually a factor in my moving to an LS vs an LT (that plus the dogs' claws would have scratched the h*ll out of the leather surfaces).

For those of you who have cloth seats, you can do like I did as seen in the picture above.
My wife is only 5'1". But we did not get the running boards because it only helps in get "up" into the truck. But we feel that those board actually hinder us when getting down. From the outside, they "look" like an 8" board, but from above when getting off, the "useable" area is only about 3". We actually slip our ankles getting off when the board is wet.
For this reason, and the fact "we" are both relatively short, we just "slide" ourself off the seats. By doing so, I figure that it wouldn't be long before the edges will be worn off!
So, I made covers for both front seats. Please note how I fasten the bottom of the covers to the seats. I paid only $3 for the "remant" material for BOTH seats at Hanc0ck (Note: Censor will not let me spell it the correct way!) Fabrics.
Yes, Ben, you are not the only one who can sew around here!
If you want hints on how to make a pattern for sewing, email me.
