I can get a bit over 14 mpg in my '95 2500 with the 7.4L and 3.73 rear.

That is on distance driving with two pretty good hills to climb (Snoqualmie Summit and Vantage Hill) on I-90 heading East from Seattle.

Usually, I'm pretty happy to see 10mpg with my normal use (some towing, short freeway and some city driving)
