Installing Power LH (Driver) Mirror on 95 K1500 - Advice

Vandals! Broke off the mirror and the plate that it attached to...found one online at EBAY for $50.00 (new with hardware). Seller says it's 3 bolts and wire to plug in...

Dealer wanted $170 for the part. Power mirror - non heated.

Any How2 advice? Thanks.
