It's actually 3 STUDS and you have to put the nuts on. You'll need a really short 10mm 1/4" drive swivel socket or a really small wrench. You don't have to pull the door panel, just pull off the small wedge shaped piece of trim. A little piece of foam comes out and you'll see the nuts/studs and the connector. I'd get extra nuts so you don't have to remove the door panel when you drop 2 or 3 nuts down there trying to get them on the studs!
