Fishing the wires through the door for the power mirror adjustment is not necessary because the connector is already very close to the mirror (assuming you are replacing an existing power mirror).

For the Muth turn signal mirrors, fishing the new turn signal wires through the door was surprisingly easy IF the interior trim door panel is removed. The existing sleeve/grommet has plenty of room for additional wires.

The installation instructions provide little help in identifying the correct wires to connect for the turn signal functionality. You want to look for light blue and medium blue wires under the dash near the steering column. The trick is that there are a variety of blue colored wires of various shades in the wiring bundle. So I used some trial-and-error with a handy DC 12V probe. It wasn't too hard to find the right ones. The Muth turn signal mirrors don't come with or specify any fused connections. I just relied upon the existing turn signal fuses for that.
