That in my opinion is the key. I feast or starve based on my decisions in running business. That's the way I have always wanted it and that is the way I have it now.
No one to look over my shoulder or second guess a decision. It's all on me, the way it was many years ago before industrialization. Mom and pop businesses failing or succeeding on their own wits.
My only concern now is that I have an unwelcome partner called the gov. that is always wanting more and more.
BTW sales tax in my county as of March 1st will be 9.25%. Have heard that is higher than San Fran. True Ben?
