Have 1999 subruban with 80k miles. whenever I go up a hill and accelerate so it down shifts, after a few seconds, the engine starts missing like there is a fuel or timing prblem. I have changed the fuel filter, distributor cap/rotor, plugs, plug wires, air filter, etc.... no change.
