The fuse for the center-plug is labelled as something else on the fuse box. WHen I had mine go out, it also took out my power windows on my '99, so may not be the same on the 2000.
Someone else here may know which one it is for 2000.
: Haven't yet gotten under the dash. Weather is bad. I did have a phone charger connected in there before it went out. Checked all other outlets:center and back and they are okay. It has to be a loose wire or in-line fuse.
