Can I determine the axle ratios originally installed in my 1990 K1500 Silverado 5.7 TBFI, 700r4 truck by the RPO code?
I need a swap out. Either pinion bearings or carrier bearings are gone, and I'd prefer an overall swap out to trying to do the gear work myself, so I need to determine for sure what I've got inside the rear housing before calling the salvage yards next week.
