Yes but the lawsuits get dismissed because the plaintiff doesn't have a leg to stand on.
I shy away from them, as they are more dangerous to fingers than flipping off the chef at a Bennihana.
Old neighbor was a chainsaw artist who did a lot of work with palm. Towed his work to craft shows all over. Without a doubt, the one guy whose wife you didn't want to get caught with.
