Yeah, i'm with you on the 2-stroke mystery. Got kinda good w/a couple machines i have but no 2 are alike.
For the fuel/oil mix, i always use the premeasured oil bottles for 1 gallon so it's a no-brainer, which is always a good thing. I always check the fuel filter but it looks great so far.
I'm going to try 1 more time, after that my buddy has a friend who's a seasoned small engine mechanic who's going to fix it. If it's not one thing, it's another.
