Bumper mounted driving lights???

Hi All,
last week whilst in the US I saw a couple of Z71 Tahoe's (about 95-98 I think) which had spot/fog lights mounted in recesses in the front bumper bar. I looked closely at both and they are a factory fit. Does anyone know where I can get these? I have the Diesel bumper on my Burb (apparently) which incorporates the two rectangular openings and I would like to fit spotlights into them.
