I would not be concerned about a few ounces of dino oil in your differential. If it was more than a pint, I might be tempted to change it though. If you feel any difference in your G-80's performance, by all means change the oil. They specify synthetic for a reason, but a small amount of dino oil will be compatible with most synthetics (I know Mobil 1 is compatible).
