Unless I forgot how to read, I do NOT see any "diagnostic procedure" anywhere in the document! I read it three times. All it says is the various symptoms and what "NOT to do"! Here's what it states.

Will someone tell me where is the diagnostics? Essentially, they are saying that they "DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO"!
