It's considered an OBS (old body style) and is wind tunnel tuned to reduce air resistance.
By putting on the bug shield, the airodynamics has been messed up.
This thread has been covered many times and many, many, many have tried various things. All didn't work well enough, as the vibration was still there.
Changing brands of bug deflector did reduce, but don't remember which was which, solved vs caused.
On that same topic, found that most didn't work very well as a bug deflector. Too small and mainly as an anti-chip for the leading edge paint. True bug deflector would have enough air tossed up and high enough to have the smaller bugs go above the windshield top edge.
Nothing to tighten inside the mirrors if it's a power mirror. It has to have all of those pivot points in order to be adjustable.
