Eaton or Auburn Pro. Any Thoughts or comments on which is better and why?
Don't know of the "Pro" but have used Auburn case in autocross car. Cone clutch posi performance was terrible. Neber had any trouble with Eaton plate type. Suggest the newer Eaton plate posi with carbon fiber clutches for street performance. If you use it off-road than suggest an Eaton Electric Locker rather than a limited slip. Limited slip requires some traction at each wheel to load clutch pack - fails on ice and mud. Gov-Loc or Electric will work with zero traction on one side.
