Sticking calipers will have the piston push one pad against the rotor, while the other side of the rotor will NOT get a pad pushed against it. Less braking power than the other side and will cause pulling to opposite side.

This also can warp the rotor because of uneven heating (one side get hotter than other).

If sticking piston, the the whole caliper will NOT have much braking power and will pull to the opposite side. BUT the pads will wear evenly on that side, but wear less than other side.

These are single piston and MUST have the caliper center it self on the rotor by sliding over. The piston presses on the rotor, caliper sides over and the other side has avile that presses that side's pad against the rotor.
