Jeff, with all respect you are confused or mistyped you thought. Trust me (retired GM service manager) the Gentex is the manufacturer of the General's dimming mirror! They do not sell direct to the public, and MitoCorp is their distributor to the aftermarket (this is who I dealt with for our dealer conversion packages). They are the mirrors that are in both links you provided too. The competitor is Donnelly Corp who used to supply the General with upscale mirrors but lost out on the last round of contractor bids.
