Use an air compressor powered die grinder with a cylindrical carbide burr, and you will have it done in about two minutes.
If you are enlarging the existing hole, you'd need much better hands than mine to start the hole saw without anchoring the arbor. Die grinder allows you to enlarge the current hole by chewing away at the sides instead of trying to cut a new hole.
