Yes, we're talking about the front windshield ones. BUT, there are no bolts. There's a sliding keeper though. Even if I slide to keeper outwards the arm doesn't move.
I assume that it's seized.

: The stud sticking up from the body has splined end. Arm has female counter part that mates. Bolt holds the arm to the stud.
: Remove the bolt. Then work the arm off the splined stud. Careful not to over work it and bend the arm or loosen the bearing on the stud rod.
: It will come off in time. Might have to use a puller, but never had to myself.
: Reassemble with anti sieze on the mating parts.
: Go to auto supply store and take a look at a replacement to see how it's put together. Or take the other side off, if it will come off. Always better to be able to see how the parts look like and go together to figure out HOW2 disassemble.
: Am assuming it's the front windshield wipers, not the rear tail gate hatch wiper. That has no bolt, but sliding keeper.
