Removed mine today, cuz I couldn't get the blade assy off.
Flip wiper up. Slide retainer "out". Part toward W/S. Arm just lifts off.
You will find the retainer for the slider is the fact the arm is in the "down" psition. Good engr!
Ignore the BS about the squirters.
