If you don't have/don't want to buy a solder vacuum... I used to use a special braided fine, flat, copper wire designed for the purpose... but you can substitute with any fine multi-strand copper wire.
Place the copper against the solder joint, the soldering iron against the copper... as the copper transfers the heat to the joint, the liquified solder will wick into the copper wire strands...
Try it...
