This is exactly the reason why I said too much solder, like the one above is not a good thing! Sometimes when a high wattage soldering iron is used, the solder melts before the joint, the solder will glob up like above and hide the "cold solder joint" below. Cracks can develope there like yours and you will never "see" it!
Thr moral of this discussion is that, when soldering, ALWAYS heat the joint and melt the solder tere first!
