I tried your potato salad recipe last year and it is a real winner! What I learned was by keeping the yolk/mayo mix separate, we had much better results than pre-mixing. It kept a long time in the fridge due to this as well. Will make again and try the steaks sometime this summer.
I have a propane-powered smoker that has been fun to mess with as well.
