With this thinking, might as well go all the way.
Outlaw or make illegal all hydrogenated fats/oils. Cookies, crackers, cakes, (most store bought, prepackaged bakery goods), doughnuts, etc.
On sueing McDonalds for the fat being bad, don't stop there. Sue the butcher, trucking firm and even the rancher who raised the cow. Maybe even the grain feed supplier, they too are in that "food chain"...
What ever happened to individual accountability? Yes, kids, but that's the parents accountability, not societies. Nor fixed by stupid laws.
