2002, C2500. Barebone, 9 passenger, cloth interior, 1st row bench, 2nd row 40/60 split, 3rd row one piece. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the seat head rests out on the 2nd and 3rd row seats. Owner's manual only talks about head rest removal on bucket seats. I can't see anything that releases the head rest posts once the head rest is all the way up. I am either having a mental/vision/handy block or the head rests are fixed and not removable.
Can anyone explain???
