: I had the hardest time finding the correct procedure for programming my 95's new keyless remote fob. I could not find it on #1Sons site either. Luckily I found this on the Tahoe forum...#1Son, can you please update your site with this procedure for future reference?
: thanx

: ODB-1 connector under steering wheel, as facing.
: "F E D C B A" (TOP ROW)
: "G H J K L M" (BOTTOM ROW)

: Connect pins "A" (Ground) and "G" (Program) with jumper, (Yes, a paper clip can work) The vehicle responds with door locks locking and unlocking. Hold first transmitter Lock and Unlock buttons til vehicle responds with locks locking and unlocking, horn beeps. My system took 12 seconds for each transmitter.

: Do this for up to 4 transmitters. Then disconnect jumper from "A" and "G"

: Note: The ignition switch being on or off, during programming, enables or disables the horn beep feature when lock on transmitter is pressed twice within 5 seconds period.

I tried doing this on my 97 burb.Should there be a pretty good spark when making the jumper? Also how do i know if my truck has keyless entry? When i purchased the truck it didnt have keyless entry remote.
Thanks
Larry
