Which line is outlet from tranny and inlet into radiator?

1996 K1500 4L60e

Doing the trans filter/flush and was wondering which line to pull. Looks like they both come up to the top odf the rad, when under the hood is it on the left or right hand side? Also looks like there's a drain plug inbetween the trans pan and the oil pan. Is this the drain for the converter and should it be drained at the same time as the pan?
