The DLC is located underneath the dash on the drivers side, it is right in the open. It is black and looks just like the picture in the other post. It should be mounted to the lower dash panel. The only way you learn is by asking questions, so don't feel stupid. Hope this helps, write back if you have any more questions. Brad
