The service guy is telling me that he can't apply the TSB because I have the 13 X 2 1/2 brake shoes on my '99 K2500. My take on this is that he can't replace the pads, but the proportioning valve is still a valid change. He says that because the TSB says the brake shoe size doesn't apply, the whole TSB doesn't apply.
Before I get into it with these guys, which is the right answer?
