Hey Kevin, a friend of mine in Central City had that problem and he would scoop up the piles and throw it on his neighbors porch while he was mowing the lawn. He only had to do it once or twice. If that isn't a viable answer, try 4oz. Murphys oil soap, 2.5oz hot sauce, 2oz caster oil, 1tbs. alum & 1tbs. lemon juice. Put it in a hose sprayer and spray it where you don't want the dogs. Good luck.

: I like this idea. It removes the stuff from your car and then you let all of the neighberhood dogs come over and lick it off. And hopefully in my case the dogs will die from the glue. The neighberhood let's their dogs do their thing in my yard. House was vacant for a short while and since then I think people let their dogs go in my yard and now they wont quit. Been here for 5 years and it hasn't got any better. Sorry for b!tching. Anyways good idea.

: : Since I was a kid, I have used Peanut butter. My Dad has always used it to remove the "sticky stuff" on his vehicles, he always removes the decals. The stuff also takes gum out of anything. With four kids, I use it quite often.
