High pitched whine noise

I'm getting a high pitched whinning noise coming from the rear of my sub when it's sitting at idle. Sounds kinda like an electric motor noise??? What could cause this? Pinhole in exhaust?

Specs - 99 K2500 7.4L 4.10 60k miles
