I've used Bon Ami successfully in the past. Make sure to rinse off your paint well. I have also used SemiChrome polish, the pink stuff in the little tube. I had overspray on the window from Fantastic cleaner when cleaning the dash board and didn't know what it would do after the stuff dried. The polish got the white rings off and did not scratch the window. I hate the glaze that Rain X can leave on the window.
