Yes changing the diff fluids is a pain. Refilling is the chore especially with the hand pump. I tried to make a dispenser that uses compressed air to push the diff fluid out of the container but found the bottom of the container simply bulges out to the point it was going to burst. I used the 1 gal gear oil containers w/ a screw on top. The top is about 1.5" dia and I got two fittings thru it (1 for pressure and 1 for the fluid to escape). It works like a bug sprayer used in the garden or to apply preservative to a deck. If i can find a 1 gal container that can hold about 10 psi with a 1.5" or larger screw on top I'll have it solved. Any suggestions? -sk-
