Experience with Sway Bars?

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with sway bars - specifically front. My '99 K1500 has the towing package so it came with a sway bar on the back, but I've seen a front sway bar offered by Hellwig for the front.

It would be great to find something to help the turn-in of this lumbering beast!
