I have a 96 K2500 7.4L 4x4 110Kmiles. A few days ago the DRL started to act up funny. The indicator is still "on" on the dash but nothing up front, and now the headlights are out as well. Checked fuses relays, everything OK. Went to the dealer to buy the DRL module, I got a small pc board with some electronics on it but can't find it on the truck. Looked everywhere under the dash, the dealer even gave me copy of his parts list (diagram) which tend to show that the module should be on the left side under the instrument cluster. Can't find the darn thing...... As anybody replaced that module before? Thanks for help. For now the truck has to stay in the garage until I figure out what's going on. I just had to redo the battery connections and replace the battery as well. Everything else is working on the truck. I am really puzzled this time.... HELP HELP!
