Talked to the folks at MotoRad. They are a Canadian firm.
180*F part number for my 1996 7.4L is: 7267-180 FailSafe thermostat.
Available at Checker's Auto, Kragen or Chuck's Auto stores (only have Kragen around my parts). Small company. Nice folks. 1-800-328-7828 their info line.
