Getting ready to have the coolant flushed in the '99 K2500/7.4L, and planning to have my shop do it. I haven't been going to this shop a long time, so he's only seen my burb once or twice, but I trust him immensely because (a) he's just one of those people you know does a good job, and (b) my close friend and neighbor has known the guy personally for 20 years. So I don't doubt the shop's ability, but just in case he hasn't done too many burbs...
I'm not really familiar with the coolant setup in the truck with regard to the rear heating system. Is there another heater core way in the back? Does the coolant circuit travel all the way back there? If so, are there any pitfalls or reminders I can pass along to the shop with regard to a coolant flush?
Thanks! My heating and A/C knowledge is a little below average, so bear with me.
Thanks again,
