My WeatherTech cargo liner already has cut-out outlines molded into it for the 3rd seat latches and the 4 cargo loops. I cut a slot for the leftmost cargo loop just in front of the spare tire, and will also mod my large container. The loop will protrude into the bottom of the container enough for a padlock to fit through if all goes as planned. Maybe put a metal electrical switch plate there with the loop thru the slot so the lock can't be pulled through the bottom of the ActionPacker. Great low buck security move!
