I use both the Jabra and Motorola kit. Both work fine but are different.
The Jabra is has good quality but usually takes some getting used to the ear piece. The Motorola in-car kit is nicest for just driving and talking - no ear piece, cords, etc. I use both - the Jabra is nice when there are others with me since it's more private.
If you get the Motorola kit - a tip... You can toggle the hands free vs. phone by either putting the phone in the cradle or just quickly flipping the phone open/closed.
