Not sure what the problem is...but a common problem
is poor contact in the park switch located on the
wiper motor box (at least on the '91).this can cause
the intermittent feature to crap out, the wipers to just stop dead in their tracks, and makes it difficult to turn them off sometimes. Usually the contacts just need a good scraping with a pocket knife every so often. rcman1
