From 1995 Helm manual:
Reset the ABS Codes and Turn off Light:
" 1.) Turn the ignition switch "on".
2.) Use a jumper wire to ground DLC terminal A to terminal H for 2 seconds
3.) remove jumper wire for 1 second
4.) repeat grounding A to H for 2 seconds
5.) Antilock brake light turns off, and all trouble codes are cleared.
They suggest using a remote starter button, but any switch will do, or just manually move the jumper.
Viewing the data link connector: A is the upper rightmost position. H is on the lower row, second from the left.
