I have a gasoline like smell that comes into my engine conpartment at idle or slow speeds. The local Midas shop reports no exhaust leaks and could not find a source for the smell. The mechanic said it smelled like the engine had been washed with Gunk ( it hasen't). It is a 1990 1/2 ton with a 350 and 140,000 miles. Any Ideas?
