Good idea and would be fun. Only one question would be grades available in stainless. Don't remember stainless having a grading system, but it's been decades since I've spec'd out fasteners.
Helped my buddy with one of his customers who was building a hotrod roadster (Ford engine). Customer didn't understand why my buddy was using grade 5 bolts on certain parts of the new suspension and grade 8 on other parts. Understood that the grade 8's were much stronger. In an accident you want it to fail in sequence, not all at one time. I was wondering if stainless came in any higher grade and my buddy didn't think so, but he used to ask me for advice on this subject...
