I have planned to change the coolant in my Suburban.The Haynes manual says that in gas engines the coolant is drained by opening three drain plugs (one in radiator and 2 in engine block). I found the radiator drain plug, but can anybody tell me where are the block drain plugs located in diesel engine (I presume that the block drain plugs exist also in diesel engine)? Or is it OK to drain the coolant just from the radiator drain plug?
