I've had some of these come loose and allow a leak.
Put a small dia thread of fishing line (mono filiment), say about 8-10lb test (Trylene) for a 3/8th bolt, into the hole before you insert the bolt. Thread should be just about 1/2 way down the hole. Not to large a thread either, as it will cut off and fall into the hole.
This is a sort of nylon slug "Lock Tite" we used to do while out on the trail and did a tear down and reassembly. I think it's BETTER than Lock Tite, as the liquid messes up paint. Continue to use it today.
